Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund – Donation Terms and Conditions
Purpose of Donation
All payments made through this gateway constitute voluntary donations directed to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund. These funds are explicitly utilized to provide relief, support, and rehabilitation to flood victims and flood-affected areas by the Government of Nepal.
Voluntary Contribution
The cardholder confirms that this donation is made voluntarily and without any expectation of goods, services, benefits, or consideration in return.
Non-Refundable and Non-Disputable Transactions
All donations made through this platform are final, non-refundable, and non-disputable. Once a transaction has been successfully authorized and processed, no refund, reversal, chargeback, dispute, or cancellation request will be entertained.
Unique Transactions
Each payment made through a card shall be treated as a separate and independent transaction, regardless of the amount, card used, or the timing of the payment.
